So for the past week or so my foot, specifically my heel, has been killing me.
Maybe it’s weather change, maybe it’s age, maybe it’s that I buy my shoes at the Thrift Store on 99 cent day… Maybe I should stop whining… Who knows.
These are my New Balance winter running shoes (I don’t run).. They came with cool spikes I can screw into those holes…

We were there to welcome back RAWs Mother, and the group returning from Sierra Leone, Africa.
Nice place, horrible fries, average (at best) burger.
