Day three in Duluth was Rachael’s Birthday..
We bummed around and ended up at the Lake Superior Zoo.

On our second day in Duluth we took a cool boat ride around the Harbor and saw all kinds of ships and bridges and stuff you usually only see from far away..

Rachael and I went to Duluth for the long weekend to celebrate her Birthday..
This was a shot through a porthole on the William A. Irvin ship..
I know the Lift Bridge is too cliché for Duluth shots, but figured this one was unique enough..

Went to the new Minnesota Twins Ballpark, Target Field tonight..
Pretty awesome building, and to my surprise it was a great night to be outside..

Walls painted, carpet laid, windows and doors trimmed, baseboards in, changing table and crib assembled…
It’s starting to look like a nursery to me…

Tonight started putting carpet in the nursery.. I think we will enjoy this (every other room is wood)
Made some progress this weekend, cased and trimmed windows, patched holes, painted the walls and closet, repaired a door, removed and replaced a door, and installed carpet..
Next stop central air… Doing all of this in a near 90 degree house is brutal..

Today was RAWs work baby shower..
She brought home some amazing gifts from some extremely thoughtful and generous ladies!!
The Q-tips were part of a guessing contest..
RAW guessed 805 (due date) in the jar, but the real answer was 719 (my b-day)
I guess I got a bit part in the festivities after all..
