This is the Rossmor Building in Downtown Saint Paul.
Impact Wrench and some of our pals had practice spaces in the basement here in about 1991 or so..

RAW and I went to the “grand opening” of Dock 86.
It is in the old Levitz building in Little Canada.
Probably won’t need to go back there until their “store closing” sale.
